Uno de los equipos más demandados de ésta empresa es la TRICANTER para SLOP OIL, que se vende en USA y CANADÁ a través de Republic Centrifuges. Éste equipo como la Decanter para Drilling Muds, son los equipos de separación líderes en Norteamérica en el rubro OIL & GAS.

B. Technical Proposal
Huada 3-Phase Decanter type LWS450: The 3-phase decanter discharges the heavy liquid (water) via an adjustable impeller under pressure and the light liquid (oil) by gravity. The adjustable impeller allows adjusting the separation zone inside the bowl and so the separation efficiency of the machine during operation. This optimizes purity of the liquids. The bowl is driven by an electric motor via drive belts. The bowl speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter. The scroll is driven further by the secondary drive and the differential speed will be controlled via frequency inverter.
Impeller (Patented)
The clarified liquid is decanted with an impeller and discharged from the bowl under pressure. This eliminates the need for a separate centrate pump. The Huada adjustable impeller is an engineering refinement that permits quick and precise adjustment of the pond depth during operation to accommodate changing conditions.

PRINCIPAL CONDITIONS
1. Price, scope and delivery:
(a) The above price is for FOB Shanghai, based on Incoterms. “Incoterms” means the international rules for the interpretation of trade terms of the International Chamber of Commerce as in force at the date hereof.
(b) The stipulated price is valid for delivery of the Goods prior to 31st August 2011. If delivery takes place after that date, we reserve the right to increase the price to reflect any increase in the cost to us which is due to the postponement of the delivery date.
(c) The price is exclusive of any applicable duties or taxes, in particular, value added tax or similar tax which you shall be additionally liable to bear. We shall be entitled to receive the price net of all bank charges, taxes, duties and similar expenses.
2. Terms of Payment:
30% Non refundable down payment with placement of order;
70% Full Balance payment before shipment
3. Delivery:
The Goods shall be delivered no later than three (3) months after down payment has been made; provided that full payment is received before delivery.
4. Warranty:
Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in the Goods the property in the Goods shall not pass to you until we have received payment in full of the price of the Goods.
(a) Subject to the conditions below, we warrant that the Goods shall be free from defects at the date of delivery to the following extent:
– Free from material defects;
– Free from defects in workmanship and
– Free from construction faults
(b) We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of:
(i) Any defect in the Goods arising 12 months after commissioning or 15 months after delivery; (ii) Any defect arising from fair wear and tear or improper use;
(iii) Willful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our directions and instructions (whether oral or in writing) relating to the use, operation and maintenance of the Goods.
(c) Any defect in the Goods must be notified to us within 7 days after discovery of the defect, failing which we shall have no liability in respect of such defect.
(d) In the event of a demonstrable defect in the Goods for which we are liable, we undertake to replace the faulty parts. The producer will send the parts to the user at their own cost, but the producer is not liable for the labor cost caused by replacing the faulty parts.
(e) Except as expressly provided above, all warranties conditions or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. The warranties set out in this clause are our sole and exclusive warranties, and the remedies set out herein are your exclusive remedies.
5. Force Majeure:
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the Goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
6. Liability for Consequential Damage:
Except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct, we shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of indirect or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use or anticipated savings (even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or we had been advised of the possibility of you incurring the same), regardless whether such liability arises out of breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, indemnity, contribution, strict liability or any other legal theory whatsoever.
